Delete it in the app
Open Skoru, go to Settings → Delete account, and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.
No longer have the app?
Email us from the address or tell us the phone number you signed up with, and we will delete the account for you:
[email protected] — subject “Delete my Skoru account”.
We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We finish the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your phone number, Apple or Google sign-in ID, username, display name, photo, bio and city.
- Your sign-in sessions, push notification tokens, notification settings and API keys.
- Your friends, group memberships, favourite sports, custom themes, comments, reactions and RSVPs.
What is kept
- Games and tournaments you played with other people stay, so their history is not broken. Your name on them becomes “Deleted user” and cannot be linked back to you.
- Groups, sessions, tournaments and venues you created stay for the people who use them. Your name on them becomes “Deleted user”.
- Payment and subscription records we must keep for tax and legal reasons.
Your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your store account first, or you may be charged again.
